I went from never running to running with a partner to running by myself and loving it. If you are thinking about getting started in running, here are my must-have’s! And no, it’s not too late to start! Shorts- It’s hot down here in South Florida. Leggings make me sweat so I need a great pair of shorts. Here I’m wearing @aloyoga from @flyinglizard. They are short, but perfect for a hot run outside. 🏃♀️ Sneakers- Don’t skimp on your running sneakers. Today I wore @karhuofficial from @fleetfeetdelray. I also love @hokaoneone! 👟 Airpods- Talk about a game changer. Up until 2 weeks ago I was using old school headphones with the wires!!!! Currently, I’m borrowing my daughter’s airpods until mine come in the mail. 📭 GREAT music- Music is the most important thing when I run. I have an amazingggggg rap playlist I made. We listen to Pandora at home. When I hear a song I like from Drake radio or Post Malone radio etc, I add the song to my “Run” playlist on iTunes. Then screen shot every song I like. Then I upload it on iTunes to my “Run” playlist. 🎵 Hat- OK, if you have a great hat you recommend, will you pretty please send me the link? I’ve been using random ones I have here, but am looking for the perfect one that will soak up the sweat, and shade my eyes! 🧢 Sunscreen- You guys know how important this is! For running outside a high SPF one is the best. I love the REVERSE spf 50 sunscreen from @rodanandfields. 🧴 Partner- Just like in business, and life, running is way more fun with a buddy! When I run with Adam, I run faster,for longer, and burn more calories than when I’m alone. Find someone to run with, and see if that’s true for you too! 👫 Are you a runner?
