I bake one of two ways: 1) healthy, gluten free, very low sugar, paleo or 2) healthy, gluten free and nut and tree-nut free if Simone wants to try. So why not start with these delicious muffins. I adapted the recipe from @ariellelore recipe to make this one NUT free. Are you gonna make these?! INGREDIENTS – 8 regular muffins 2 cups oat flour 3 eggs 2 tbls vegetable oil (any oil nut free) 2 tbls orange juice 1/4 cup maple syrup 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips or whatever chocolate chips you have in the house (You could do berries if you don’t want chocolate) DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325 Line muffin pan Combine all ingredients Bake for about 30 min
